We're hungry, what do you recommend?

We love fur friends but they are not allowed at this time.

ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED?

DO YOU HAVE LAKE EQUIPMENT? Can we swim?

We have a red canoe and a bunch of life vests. Only trolling motors allowed. Fishing (with a license) allowed. Bring your own kayaks and stand up paddle boards. We’ve been told that it’s really not safe to swim due to the underbrush. It's a resevoir.

IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN'T PUT IN THE FIREPIT?

Firewood only. No treated wood, trash, poison ivy/oak, lighter fluid or gasoline.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

No.

WHEN DOES THE POOL OPEN?

It opens this spring in March 2022.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE GARBAGE?

Make sure the garbage is tied up and put in can by propane tank. Garbage runs every Tuesday.

WHAT ARE THE DRIVING DIRECTIONS?

Front Entrance: Enter Tracy City, Tennessee in your GPS. From Monteagle to Tracy City on 41 you will see the Retreat at Waters Edge entrance on the left. Take all the way to the end of the property. We have no street signs so good luck. 19 Lily Pad Lane

Back Entrance: Downtown Tracy city. take 41 to Saint Clair street you’ll see dollar general turn left on Saint Clair then left on Mountain View Lane (after the cemetery) Drive past a couple single wides and before the bridge take a left. We are the second house on the left. 19 Lily Pad Lane

WHERE IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL?

Call 911 in the case of an emergency. The nearest hospital is in Sewanee.

CAN WE GET FOOD DELIVERED HERE?

Not yet but we are hoping in the near future.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY INTO THE PROPERTY?

If you don't care if you get a little mud on the tires, its fun to drive in the front entrance and see all the homes,
